Here, its formulation design engineers and high molecular material research engineers maintain communicate and cooperate with research institutes in China and abroad to ensure Ophte’s technical keeping ahead in the area.

>Test Field
Ophte’s test field has two main missions.
First- materials and chemical analysis, raw and auxiliary material entrance inspections, rubber material characteristics detection, etc.
Second- Product performance test and transmission belt physical performance index test.

>Test equipment
High quality products require super experimental equipments. So Ophte invest much on a series of advanced test equipment such as Fatigue testers, Digital control tension testers, Airtight-type rotorless current meters, Rubber durometer mills, Din type abrasion testers, Bending testers, High-temperature testers.

>Quality Management
TS16949 is the technical criterion of the global automotive industry. Ophte uses TS guidline and principle to standardize product quality management.
